Terms of Service
Effective July 17, 2026 · SEO Studio is operated by Thencan Designs (“we”, “us”).
1. The service
SEO Studio is a workspace for planning, researching, and tracking SEO work for client websites. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. The product is currently offered as a beta: features may change, and these terms may be updated as the product matures (we’ll note the effective date above).
2. Accounts and workspaces
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite to your workspace. Workspace owners control integrations and member access. You must be at least 16 and using the service for business purposes.
3. Your content
The content your workspace creates or imports — clients, plans, keywords, research, and data retrieved from services you connect — belongs to your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service, and nothing more. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (Google, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Semrush), you confirm you’re authorized to grant that access for your organization, and your use of that service remains governed by its own terms. Disconnecting removes our stored credential and stops further access. Third-party data retrieved into your workspace is subject to the source’s accuracy and availability — we don’t warrant either.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, no infringing content, no attempting to access other workspaces’ data.
- No probing, overloading, or disrupting the service or its providers.
- No reselling or white-labeling the service itself without an agreement with us (client-facing share links are, of course, intended use).
6. Availability and beta status
We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During beta, features may be added, changed, or removed, and occasional downtime or data-model migrations may occur. Keep independent copies of anything you can’t afford to lose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On workspace deletion, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
